WooCommerce Revenue Recovery Audit
WooCommerce Revenue Recovery Audit
You’ve paid someone to fix this before. It didn’t hold.
Your store has problems you can already feel — slow mobile load, friction through the journey, a conversion rate that won’t move. None of that is news to you. What you’ve never had is the full picture: what’s actually causing it, and what fixing it is worth.
The WooCommerce Revenue Recovery Audit is a senior developer going several levels under the surface — what’s causing the problems, what each one costs you, and exactly how to fix it, so it stays fixed instead of coming back in three months.
Five areas, one integrated read:
What you get
A senior developer spends six to eight hours inside your store. Not a tool, not an automated scan — a manual diagnosis using a process refined across nearly 400 WooCommerce stores over 11 years. We find what generalists miss, what ChatGPT misses, and what most developers don’t know exists.
You receive:
In your hands in five business days. And if you go ahead with the work, the audit pays for itself — more on that below.
What clients say about the audit itself

“Thank you for the report. It is really substantial, with clear actionable points and valuable insights. I appreciate the structure and the depth of the findings.”
Julia Kedziora, Director, impactfurniture.co.uk

“Thanks again for the thorough performance audit and the latest video explaining the server spec side of things. It was genuinely helpful, and we appreciate the time you put into it.”
Michael Smith, Director of Sales & Marketing, eurotech.com.au

“Thanks so much for this incredibly detailed report and the video the other day. You definitely caught things I would never have noticed — especially the database bloat and the image issues.”
Alan Maclachlan, Founder, newmanbands.com

“Thanks for the Zoom meeting. The audit was very good. Well done on issues identified, explanations and plan of attack.”
Neil Cutcliffe, Owner, deepspacesparkle.com
The Guarantee
We guarantee the deliverable, not a vague feeling. If the audit doesn’t return findings across all five areas with at least five specific, actionable issues to fix, you pay nothing.
Up to your walkthrough call, if the audit doesn’t meet that bar, you get a full refund. After the walkthrough — once the findings and the plan are in your hands — it’s a commitment that the work was done to a defined standard, and the report and the before-state baseline prove it was. It hasn’t been called yet.
What we need access to, and why
You don’t hand over keys to strangers — that’s the whole reason you’re here instead of trusting the last lot. So here’s exactly what happens, before you pay for anything.
To run the audit at this depth, a senior developer needs access to install and read, not to change. Specifically:
Nothing on your live store gets changed during the audit. We capture a full before-state baseline first — uptime, errors, performance — so there’s a timestamped record of exactly how we found things. Any change we ever make, now or later, happens on a staging copy first, never on your live store until a planned go-live. We leave your store exactly as we found it.
Your developer controls access?
Normal — most of our clients are in exactly that position, and it’s not a problem. We scope the audit to what we can reach: read-only on your live store, and anything deeper on a staging copy your developer sets up, on their terms. We loop them in rather than going around them. You’re not caught between two developers.
Your $995 is credited toward the work.
Go ahead with any fixes we prescribe within 30 days and the full $995 comes off the cost of that work. Find out exactly what’s wrong — and if you act on it, the audit costs you nothing.
