We keep your store performing on every front that makes you money.
Speed. Conversion. Average order value. Whether AI assistants can find and recommend your products. Managed Woo holds all of it – not “we keep the lights on,” but the store earning what it should, month after month.
Underneath that sits the part you’ll feel most: it doesn’t break. And when something does, you get an expert.
- Keep using WooCommerce exactly as you do now
- 20%+ conversion improvement. Typical, not best-case.
- Solutions pay for themselves in 3-4 months. Most in under 90 days
The updates take 10 minutes. Knowing what to do when they break takes 10 years.
Skipping updates isn’t saving money. It’s queueing an incident.
WooCommerce ships updates. Plugins ship updates. Themes ship updates. Each one is a fix for something – increasingly, for security: Patchstack recorded 11,334 new WordPress, plugin and theme vulnerabilities in 2025, up 42% in a year. Nearly half (46%) had no fix available when they were made public. And for the most heavily exploited vulnerabilities, the median time from disclosure to the first attack was five hours.
Updates on their own can’t close a five-hour window, and they can’t fix what the developer hasn’t fixed yet. So every plan now adds two layers on top of them. Virtual patching blocks high-risk vulnerabilities at your store, often before the plugin developer ships a fix. And when a vulnerability is being actively exploited, we patch it within one business day of the fix being released, not at your next scheduled update. Weekly malware scans check that nothing got through.
But any update can also break checkout on a Tuesday afternoon – when a store goes down, it’s nearly always a plugin. And the crash that takes the whole site down at least announces itself. The expensive version is silent: the checkout that breaks quietly and doesn’t surface for hours or days, the store looking fine while orders stop. One of our clients found a three-week-old backdoor only because his invoices lost their logo.
So Managed Woo does neither update-and-pray nor skip-and-hope. Every update runs on a staging copy of your store first – tested automatically and by hand, critical buying flows checked across browsers and devices – before anything touches live. And because we manage a fleet of stores, the update that breaks something breaks it on our watch first. Your store inherits the fix without ever seeing the outage.
The break happens on our watch first. Your store inherits the fix.
Left alone, it’s not only breakage. The performance you paid for drifts back within 6 to 12 months – new plugins, new content, new products, each one a little slower. Holding the line is work. Most of it you’ll never see.
Maintenance you can see.
Invisible work has a problem: you only notice it when nobody’s doing it. So we make it visible. Every month, on every tier, you get the record of what the plan caught – the update held back because it conflicted with your checkout, the vulnerability blocked before a fix existed, every malware scan result, the speed regression reversed the week it appeared.
In your first three months you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for, because you’ll see what would have broken without it.
When you need an expert, you get one.
Your store is your income. When something’s wrong, you don’t want a ticket number – you want a human who knows your store.
On every tier, anything critical is answered the same business day. The 30-second change you’ve waited three weeks for elsewhere gets done, not queued. And with team coverage across US business hours, “same day” means your day, not ours.
Find out whether AI assistants recommend your store.
Shoppers ask ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers, Perplexity and Gemini what to buy. Those answers name a handful of stores. Every Managed Woo plan now tracks whether yours is one of them.
A snapshot twice a year. Are you mentioned for the 10 buying questions that matter most in your category?
A quarterly report. 25+ buying questions, your share of mentions against up to three competitors, and the questions where they’re named and you aren’t.
Monthly research down to product level. Which of your products get recommended, which competitors win the rest, and the content and schema changes to close the gap. We implement the highest-impact fix each month.
Published prices. No meter.
The inclusions ladder by depth of service. Every tier includes unmetered support and development requests under fair use – stated plainly: no hour counting, no surprise line items. If your needs consistently outgrow your tier, we’ll say so and talk about the right fit. Full terms are in section 7.4 of our terms and conditions.

- Monthly WordPress, WooCommerce, theme & plugin updates – staged and tested before they touch your live storeUpdates go to a staging copy of your store first. We test your storefront, cart, checkout and order capture – plus saved payment details if you sell subscriptions – then push to live. If an update breaks something, we hold it back and fix it first.
- Daily backups with 14-day retentionYour store, database included, is backed up every day, and each backup is kept for 14 days. If something goes wrong, we can roll back to any day in the last two weeks.
- 24/7 uptime monitoring with downtime alertsWe check your store around the clock. If it goes down, we get an alert and start on it. You don’t have to be the one who notices.
- SSL and domain expiry monitoring NewAn expired SSL certificate shows shoppers a security warning. An expired domain takes your whole store offline. We track both expiry dates and warn you before either one lapses.
- Virtual patching – high-risk plugin and theme vulnerabilities blocked at your store, often before a fix exists NewWhen a high-risk vulnerability is found in a plugin or theme on your store, a protective rule blocks attacks on it – often before the developer has released a fix. The rule stays in place until the real update is applied.
- Actively exploited vulnerabilities patched within one business day of a fix being released, outside your normal update cycle NewSome vulnerabilities are attacked within hours of going public. If one affecting your store is being actively exploited, we apply the fix within one business day of its release. We don’t wait for your next scheduled update.
- Weekly automated malware scans NewEvery week we scan your store for malware. Every result goes in your monthly report, clean or not, so you can see it’s being done.
- Malware clean-up if a scan finds something* NewIf a scan finds something, we tell you the same business day, remove it and close the gap that let it in. Clean-up is included for stores hosted on Kinsta. On other hosts, we quote it before we start.
- Security hardening and firewall managementWe tighten the settings attackers look for first and manage your firewall rules, so known bad traffic is blocked before it reaches your store.
- AI visibility snapshot twice a year – are AI assistants mentioning your store for the 10 buying questions that matter most in your category? NewTwice a year we ask the major AI assistants the 10 buying questions that matter most in your category, and record whether your store is mentioned. It’s a quick read on whether AI search knows you exist.
- Support and development requests – unmetered, under fair useWe don’t count hours. Fixes, small changes and questions are covered on every tier. Anything we estimate at more than two hours is quoted before we start. How fair use works ↓

Frequently asked questions
What changed in October 2026?
Every plan now includes virtual patching, out-of-cycle patching for actively exploited vulnerabilities, weekly malware scans and AI visibility tracking. Updates run monthly on Essential, fortnightly on Tuned and weekly on Partner and Partner Plus. Prices haven’t changed.
What does fair use cover?
We don’t count support or development hours on any tier.
- Covered: fixing things that break, small content and layout changes, store settings like shipping rules, tax and payment options, adding or swapping a plugin we’ve vetted, and questions about your store.
- Not covered: new features, redesigns, migrations, new integrations, or anything that’s a project. Those are quoted and approved before work starts.
If a single request will take more than two hours, we’ll quote it first. If your requests regularly go beyond fair use, we’ll tell you before doing the work and talk about the right plan. We never bill extra work without telling you first. Full terms: section 7.4 of our terms and conditions.
Why don’t you sell plans in hours?
Because what you’re paying for is what the plan catches and improves, not time on a clock. Every update cycle, scan, report and fix is counted in your monthly report instead.
What is virtual patching?
A protective rule applied at your store that blocks a known vulnerability from being exploited. It works before the plugin developer releases a fix, and stays in place until the real update is applied.
If a vulnerability is being exploited, do I wait for my next update?
No. On every tier, actively exploited vulnerabilities are patched within one business day of a fix being released, outside your normal update cycle.
What happens if a malware scan finds something?
We tell you the same business day, clean it up and close the way in. Clean-up is included for stores hosted on Kinsta. On other hosts, we quote it before we start.
Which AI assistants do you track?
ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity and Gemini. AI answers vary by user and location, so we report trends and share of mentions over time rather than single answers.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Use the plan buttons above, or reply to your monthly report and we’ll move you across.
Who is Partner Plus for?
Brands running more than one store or region, or where an hour of downtime costs more than the plan. It adds a named technical lead, a monthly roadmap sprint, wider critical cover and AI visibility research for each store. It’s scoped per client, so it starts with a call.
Do I need to be on your hosting?
No. Your hosting stays in your name. If you want us to manage the provider relationship, add Hosting Management.
Every plan starts with the audit.
New stores start with the audit, on purpose. We don’t take responsibility for a store we haven’t diagnosed – so every new Managed Woo plan starts with the WooCommerce Revenue Audit, even if ongoing support is all you came for. The audit tells both of us exactly what we’re taking on. And if you proceed to any prescribed work within 30 days, the $995 is credited against it.
Already a client? Use the plan buttons above to move tiers, or reply to your monthly report and we’ll move you across.
