Storemation by Blaze Commerce is now open: run your WooCommerce store with AI, safely. A Monday review card shows wallet payments stopped and the fix for this week.

Recently, a client’s store stopped taking Apple Pay and Google Pay payments, and it stayed that way for a month. In the 90 days before, wallet payments were 18% of that store’s orders.

The buttons still showed. Customers who tapped them got an error saying their address was invalid for delivery. Some typed their card in instead. The rest left.

Someone on their team asked Claude. It gave a sensible answer: check the payment settings, check the domain verification, make sure the plugin is up to date. All of it was reasonable, and none of it was the problem.

Then they asked us. We used Claude too, but we gave it the site’s error logs, its payment records and the checks we run on client stores every week. It matched the day wallet payments stopped to errors in the logs. It traced those errors to a setting a previous developer had left behind. That setting was serving customers an out-of-date copy of the payment script.

The fix took two minutes.

Same AI both times. The difference was what it could see and what it was asked to look for.

Storemation opens today, Monday October 26, 2026. It is a membership from Blaze Commerce that puts that setup on your own WooCommerce store: Claude connected read-only, a 15-minute Monday review and two live calls a week.

The setup around the model

I’m Campbell Angus, Founder of Blaze Commerce. Most of our client work now runs through Claude: reporting, audits, product data, speed, search. After that much time inside the tool, I think the model is the easy part.

The value is in the setup around it: what it’s allowed to see, the questions it’s asked, and the checks we’ve written down from every problem we’ve fixed before. The setup also decides what Claude is never allowed to change. That is why safety is the first lesson.

I’ve been in ecommerce since the 1990s. I started in business development for the Edge Group of Companies in Dallas, then co-founded a government software company in Melbourne. I founded Blaze in 2009. We’ve worked with over 400 WooCommerce stores, and many of the checks Claude runs for us today came out of problems we fixed on those stores.

Three ways store owners get AI wrong

Store owners have noticed what Claude can do on a store. Over the past few months, more of them have asked us how to do it themselves, and a few have tried. It usually goes one of three ways.

  • Product descriptions only. They paste a product into ChatGPT, get something generic back, and decide AI is a copywriting tool.
  • The admin login on a live store. No backup, no copy of the site to test on, no record of what changed. Most of the time nothing goes wrong. That is how people get comfortable doing it.
  • The right question with nothing to look at. They ask what our client’s team asked, and Claude can’t see the store. So they get the generic answer.

The first wastes the tool. The second risks the store. The third is the easiest to fix: the answer is access, given safely.

What Storemation is

Storemation is a membership from Blaze Commerce for WooCommerce store owners and the people who run their stores. You get the setup we run on client stores, on your own store, with us on the calls.

What you get:

  1. An onboarding call. Thirty minutes on your store, your tools and the one thing you most want AI doing. Every member gets one.
  2. Day one setup. Claude set up, your store connected read-only, and the safety lessons.
  3. The Monday review. Claude runs a report on your store every week, and you read it in 15 minutes: what changed, why, and what to do this week. The membership is built around this habit.
  4. Two live calls a week. Wednesdays at 8am and 7pm Melbourne time, so the US, UK and Europe can make one. Bring your store. When something looks wrong, you’re not guessing alone. Both calls are optional and recorded, with written notes.
  5. The 12-week path. Six parts, from connecting everything to AI-assisted SEO and email.
  6. The skills library. The skills we run on client stores, ready to use, with new ones every week.
  7. The store-health plugin. It adds what standard connectors can’t see: error logs, failed background jobs and update history. That is where problems like the wallet payments show up first.
  8. The community. Store owners and managers only.
  9. A seat for your store manager. If someone else runs your store day to day, they join with you at no extra cost.

Weeks 5 and 6 of the path cover crawler access, product data and how ChatGPT and Claude describe your store today. We put it in because blocked crawlers are common. In August 2026 we checked 1,000 WooCommerce stores, and 17.4% blocked at least one AI retrieval crawler at the edge (170 of the 978 stores that gave a clear result). Cloudflare changed how its AI crawler settings work in its September 15 announcement. When we re-scanned the same panel on September 18, the share had fallen to 10.1% (98 of 971).

Bar chart: WooCommerce stores blocking at least one AI retrieval crawler fell from 17.4% (170 of 978) in August 2026 to 10.1% (98 of 971) on September 18, 2026, after Cloudflare's September 15 update.

The path teaches the check and the fix. No course can promise what an AI engine will do with your store afterward. To check your own store’s crawler access today, our free plugin Blaze AI Discovery runs the same kind of check. Our FAQ explains why a store is invisible to ChatGPT, cause by cause.

Everything we teach, we already do on client stores. See what’s inside Storemation.

The six safety steps

The first thing store owners asked us was whether this is safe. It is lesson one, and it runs in this order:

  1. Read-only first. Claude sees your data before it is allowed to touch anything.
  2. Its own user and keys. AI gets a separate account with limited permissions, never your admin login.
  3. Staging for anything that writes. Changes are tested on a copy of your store first.
  4. Every change logged and reversible. You see what changed, and you can undo it.
  5. You approve before it acts. There are no silent changes.
  6. Your data stays in your account. It is your Claude account and your store. We don’t see your data unless you share it with us.

Read-only means Claude can see your orders and can’t change a single one. Claude finds a lot by reading alone, before it ever needs write access.

A person stays accountable for every change. Claude does the reading and drafts the work. You, or your store manager, decide what reaches the live store. We wrote the longer argument for this in why AI will eventually break your WooCommerce store, including the day Claude deleted a database table on a client’s live site, and how we had it back in minutes.

Who Storemation is for

Storemation is for you if you own a WooCommerce store, or you run one for the owner. Two problems came up when we asked owners what they wanted from AI.

The first is control. One owner wanted to connect Claude but needed to know, first, what it could read, what it could change, and whether every change was logged and could be undone. The six steps above are the answer.

The second is data overload. The analytics, search and email tools are all connected, and nobody can say which numbers matter this week or what to do about them. The Monday review exists for that.

If someone else runs your store day to day, this is for them as much as you. Plan on 15 minutes on Monday and an hour or two a week for lessons and a call, if you want them.

It is not for you if:

  • You are a developer or an agency. The room is store owners and the people who run their stores, and there is no pitching, including from us.
  • You want a chatbot on your website. This is you and your team using AI behind the scenes.
  • Your store isn’t on WooCommerce.
  • You only want to use ChatGPT. Storemation is Claude only for now, and ChatGPT support is on the roadmap.

An orders check you can run today

You can see what this feels like on your own numbers in ten minutes, with nothing to connect.

  1. In WooCommerce, go to Analytics → Orders, set the date range to last month, and download the report. The file includes customer names. Check that your privacy policy covers sharing them with an AI tool. If it doesn’t, delete that column first and skip question 2.
  2. Open Claude or ChatGPT, attach the file, and paste this prompt:

Here’s last month’s orders from my WooCommerce store. In plain English, tell me:

  1. My best-selling products and how much of revenue they make up.
  2. Who my best customers are and how often they buy.
  3. Anything unusual: spikes, drops, refunds, failed orders or odd patterns.
  4. Three questions I should be asking about my store that I’m probably not.

Keep it short, and if the data doesn’t show something, say so.

The result will be rough. It is one file, with no analytics and no history. You’ll still see what a weekly habit looks like on your own store, and nothing on the store changes.

The useful version reads your store, Google Analytics, Search Console, your email platform and your site’s logs every week. It compares each week against last week and last year. That is the setup that found the wallet-payments problem.

Price and terms

Storemation is US$199 a month or US$1,990 a year. The membership renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. You can cancel any time, with no contract.

The first-report guarantee, in full: “We promise your first report on your own store within 24 hours of your onboarding call (we run it with you on the call). If we miss that, or Storemation isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of launch day, or of joining after launch, and we’ll refund your first payment in full.”

The store manager seat is included at no extra cost. A Claude Pro or Max plan is not included. You pay Anthropic for that directly, and prices vary by country.

Existing Blaze clients

If you’d rather we kept doing it for you, nothing changes. That’s still our day job.

Storemation is a separate, optional membership. If you’re already a Blaze client, your plan and the work we do for you stay the same. Storemation is for owners who want the habit in their own hands.

If that’s you, see what’s inside Storemation.

One question, and I read every answer: what’s the one thing you want AI doing on your store that it isn’t doing now? There’s a box for it at the bottom of the Storemation page.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to connect Claude to my store?

Done our way, yes. Claude connects read-only first, with its own user and keys rather than your admin login. Anything that writes is tested on a staging copy, every change is logged and can be undone, and nothing reaches your live store until you approve it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use ChatGPT, you can do this. Your onboarding call covers anything you get stuck on, and the two live calls a week are there when something looks wrong.

What is Storemation for WooCommerce?

Storemation is a membership from Blaze Commerce for WooCommerce store owners and the people who run their stores. Members connect Claude to their store read-only, read a 15-minute Monday review of what changed, and join two live calls a week. It also includes a 12-week path, the skills library Blaze runs on client stores, a store-health plugin and a seat for a store manager.

Is Storemation worth it?

It is worth it if you will use the weekly habit: a 15-minute Monday review of what changed on your store, with Claude connected read-only and two live calls a week for questions. Storemation is US$199 a month or US$1,990 a year. It renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time, with no contract. If it isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of launch day, or of joining after launch, and we’ll refund your first payment in full. It is not worth it if you want a chatbot on your website, only use ChatGPT, or your store isn’t on WooCommerce.

Who teaches Storemation?
